How to use
- Select a species: We offer cis-regulatory element identification functionality for four model plant species, including Z.mays, O.sative, S.lycopersicum, and A.thaliana. You can select the plant you are interested in and click on the corresponding icon.
- After the species selected, you can input a list of genes for CREs identification, and you are allowed to input up to 10 gene IDs. . An example gene is displayed in the input box.
- After cilcking the submit button, a loading symbol will appear indicating that the task has been successfully submitted. Please be patient and wait for the results.
- Interpretation of program execution results.
After ~2 minutes, the results is shown in the following picture. Identified CREs are visualized as purple peaks in the plot, the x shows the summit of each identified CRE peak.
At the same time, people can download contribution scores for each gene and the exact information of CREs.
